Dance Boot Camp is back for Spring 16! This two-day intensive is designed to get you fit, flexible, and pack the most fun into your weekend. Whether you’re a beginner looking for a kick-start to your dance fitness regime, or a more experienced dancer wanting to test your limits, each class will give options for either level. With fifteen hours of dance over a huge range of styles, we challenge you to complete the course and emerge a lean, mean dancing machine. Lunch is on us. Just bring water and a change of clothes – you’re going to get sweaty!
Strength and Tone Circuit Level: All levels Duration: 45 minutes Frequency: 3 per week with Jo (Monday, Wednesday, Sunday) A great fun muscle conditioning and toning circuit based class using a variety of equipment & exercises. Graded options at each station allow you to work at your own level with the emphasis on correct technique, progressive development and intensity.
